Panel submissions are open through 12/27/2024 with confirmations to follow shortly. Late submissions may be accepted if space is available and the form is still open.

Please provide us with your panel proposal using the form below for consideration by our scheduling staff. Be as detailed as possible so we can have a clear idea of what you’d like to do. Make sure your panel can shine! If it’s impressive and big enough in scale, we may even be able to hold your panel on our Main Stage!
